Reservation Policies

• Reservations may be made up to seven (7) days in advance.

• A valid credit card is required for booking tee times online and the golf course reserves the right to charge whoever made the reservation for any no shows.

• Bellwood Oaks Golf Course complies with all PCI (Payment Card Industries) guidelines.

• All fees are due at check-in.

• Any Public Country Club member no showing (or short showing for reserved number of players) will be reported and billed by PCC per PCC policies.

Cancellation Policy

• At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to your tee time.

• All cancellations / changes should be made online, or by calling 651-437-4141 during business hours.

The above policies are strictly enforced and are designed to promote an easy and convenient reservation system for our golfers.
